Despite all the doom and gloom of the last few weeks, we are still battling for a domestic treble - let's hope we can put Falkirk to the sword and have a cup final to look forward to!
Not sure I agree with The Captain's views on the Aberdeen match. We competed better across all areas of the park than we have for some time, we dominated possession, we restricted them to very few chances and we had several great opportunities to win the game, not least the Novo chance late on.
However, it was a key game and one we should have left with full points.
Great to see the travelling "Bears" backing the team 100% - the demand for the game was the highest it's been for a while and there were a good number looking for tickets that probably didn't get in.
The transfer market has gone quiet but , as ever, it will be frantic next weekend as the deadline looms. Not sure now where we'll feature - the Boyd deal may be resurrected (Birmingham need to get their fans on their side quickly!) but not certain he wants to go. No other offers on the table and we won't be buying unless there is a loan "steal" for the rest of the season - Gibbo, for example!!!!
