Well firstly, I'd like to say what a great new site we have and that its now down to us to add photo's and get the forums going. With fozzie in the ranks, I'm sure we'll have plenty to debate about.
Anywho, new season is here at long last...........and I'm already wishing it wasnt after Kaunas. Gods honest truth, as soon as I heard that Adam (fat and lazy), Dailly (useless, old and idiotic) and McCulloch (the love child of Adam and Dailly ie. Fat, old and useless) were not only in the squad but starting, I knew we'd lose. The trio are useless and their affects of being on the pitch are felt when just one of them are playing. No Boyd either!!!!! We needed goals and Walter didnt really pick up on this until 2 minutes from time and we had gone 2-1 down.
I fear King Carlos may be leaving soon too. The English Clubs (the vultures they are) have caught scent that now may well be the best time to strike. £10m we've missed out on in Europe, and with our chairman you just know he wants the money and sacrificing our prize asset may be a too temping method of getting that money back. This player alone most like got us 90% of our points last season with his fantastic performances. If he goes, please dont tell me Broadfoot would replace him, casue believe me there will be no toliet close enough to stop me from turning my pants brown in fear!!!
Honestly, I fear for us this season unless Walters team selection improves. Even more so if King Carlos does leave. However, there will be no excuses for not winning the league this year as there is no European 'distraction'. Walter for your sake, sign a creative Central midfielder or 2, play at least 2 up front (one of which being Boyd) and drop the McCulloch Adam Dailly Trio.
